We will ship within 5 business days of order completion.
*Please note that there is a possibility of delay during long vacations and busy seasons.

We will send you an email with a tracking number after the product is shipped.

*In the event of re-delivery due to an undeliverable or incomplete address, or return of an item after the storage period has elapsed, an additional fee may be charged.

*To prevent loss, all shipments must be signed for by the customer upon receipt.

*Customs duties, import taxes, and value-added taxes (VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxable amounts and charges vary depending on the destination country/region. Please confirm on the checkout page.

Cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order is ready to be shipped.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
However, all of the following conditions must be met

  • The product must be unused.
  • The merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received (unopened and with the ribbon tied)
  • The product must have been purchased directly from ahkah.com

Items not eligible for return

In addition, we do not accept returns in the following cases, even within 14 days of delivery

  • If the item shows signs of having been worn, damaged, stained, or smelly after delivery
  • If the jewelry is missing accessories such as jewelry box, invoice, proof of purchase, etc.

Handling and shipping charges for returns

In case of defective items】
We will pay the return shipping costs in addition to a full refund.

In the case of a return for the customer's own reason (e.g. wrong image, wrong size, ordered by mistake, etc.)

  • Shipping costs at the time of delivery are not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective products

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective, please contact
Customer Service ( info@ahkah.com ) with a photo of the product and your order number.
We will initiate the return and refund procedure as soon as we confirm the initial defect.

Refund Policy

After the returned merchandise arrives at our company and inspection is completed, we will contact you regarding whether or not a refund is possible.
If a refund is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.

Returning Products Not Eligible for Policy

We will not issue refunds for items that are not covered by our return policy or that were mistakenly sent back to us.
In addition, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items that were sent to us in error.
