AHKAH will unveil to the world for the first time a new jewelry line “AHKAH signature” created by Katie Hillier, who was appointed as the creative director to assume a role in leading the entire brand. The launch will take place on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at The Stage, first floor, main building of Isetan Shinjuku store.

The theme for the debut collection is “finding beauty.”
Beauty is all around us, even if we do not always notice it at first. This collection celebrates unnoticed beauty in our lives, the type we encounter by chance. Beauty is omnipresent. We can find it in the gradual passing of time and in our hopes for the future. For the collection “finding beauty,” this everyday discovery has been distilled to create modern and sophisticated jewelry.

The iconic “A” of AHKAH is elevated to a jewelry piece in “AHKAH spring.” Under the sunlight of early summer, the playful earrings with eye-catching color stones shimmer beautifully like sparkling sequins on a dress.

“cerf-volant” is inspired by the scene where a group of kites swaying exquisitely towards the sky. The dynamic yet delicate reflection of sunlight is expressed through the brilliant trilliant cut diamonds. The design with the combination of the delicate chain and the diamonds is timeless and can be enjoyed by all generations.

■ Katie Hillier
Katie Hillier was born in London, Great Britain.
After completing a fashion degree at Westminster University in London, she advanced her career as a designer and a creative director for numerous luxury brands and played an important role, creating some of the most covetable designs.
Currently she is based between London and New York. For around 20 years, she has been creating designs infused with wit, inspired by British classics whilst fusing refined and natural elements.
In July 2020, she was appointed Creative Director of AHKAH.
